[Semarchy] Master Data Management, the key to unlocking CRM's full potential (Salesforce)

This keynote will present how Elis Group has met this challenge by using Semarchy's Master Data Management solution to address the following issues: Data cleansing during dry runs and migration stages: implementation of rigorous data cleansing processes to eliminate duplicates and correct errors, thus guaranteeing a clean and reliable database. Data enrichment and uniqueness thanks to enhanced connectivity: Semarchy enabled existing data to be enriched, improving its quality and accuracy. In addition, its connectivity with external providers and the ability to manage different providers by country offer a significant advantage. This not only guarantees the uniqueness of data, essential for a complete and accurate view of customers, but also enables us to adapt to local specificities and optimize information management on a global scale. Intuitive user interface and efficient management of data and rights at local level: this has enabled Data Stewards, who have in-depth knowledge of their country's accounts, to supervise and improve data quality in a decentralized way.
